Job Description

The Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations is a member of the Central Office Administrative Team and is responsible for organizing and directing all District personnel practices and procedures, including contract negotiations and grievance administration, as well as coordinating all personnel functions including salary administration, recruiting, human rights, benefit administrations, health and safety, insurance and retirement, and orientation of all new employees.

Job Qualifications

Candidates must have either a School District Leader (SDL) Certification or meet all Civil Service requirements and qualifications for this title.
